Interlocken Commons is a mixed-use office, retail and entertainment project serving as the entrance to the hills of Broomfield, Colorado, a prestigious office community. This design creates a marquee lifestyle destination at the entrance to a prestigious office community.
Illusionz is an award-winning indoor entertainment center in Issaquah, WA. The design offers an arcade, laser tag arena, putt-putt golf, batting cages, Softplay area, party rooms, cafe dining, exhibit hall, intimate theater and a magic theater for 270.
Ayala Greenbelt is a phased, mixed-use development of retail, office, hotel and museums integrated with the parkland in the Makati CBD. The first phase, called Greenbelt 3, successfully introduces a modern commercial environment into the historic central park and cultural hub of the city. This solution is a ULI, Chain Store Age, ICSC and SADI award winner.
Microsoft Troon is an office campus containing two six-story office towers, a cafeteria, three levels of underground parking and an above-ground garage. The facility is the size of a city block at the Microsoft headquarters in Redmond, Washington. The solution is a NAIOP award winner.

The Bravern is a luxury urban mixed-use residential, hospitality, office and retail development. The development contains two mid-rise office towers, two residential towers, two levels of luxury retail podium anchored by Neiman Marcus and a hotel with an internal car court and plaza.
