The Reserve facility includes a main building housing Ag related retail, food service, office condos, overnight stay facilities and management services. It also includes a secondary building containing a training center with meeting rooms, banquet facilities and overnight stay suites. Both buildings connect to the exterior through a series of courtyards, entrances and fold away walls. Patrons experience the land, farming and outdoor environments simultaneous with the interior.
All parking is in front of the buildings in tree lined areas. All surfaces shown are either structured gravel or grass to maximumize pervious surfaces. All parking adjacent buildings are handled via valet only. Customers can access the remote valet area between the buildings with a passcode at the gate house.

The Training Center layout provides two large banquet/exhibit spaces, one large event/conference space and two meeting rooms on the ground floor along with catering service facilities. The second level provides twelve large luxury suites for overnight quests.
